Although we are sickened and extremely let down by the actions of Paul Oliver one can’t help reflect on what the Independent called an obscenely lenient sentence and wonder why?
Perhaps this is the reason as reported in the Guardian:
Fitting trackers to people’s cars without their consent is illegal.
Then the installation of the cameras was also illegal, so the court must have been using illegally obtained evidence.
So the big question is how many of you are being tracked and filmed illegally at this very moment by vigilante activists who don’t even have the proper criminal background checks? Don`t think for one moment they would have stopped at the South Herefordshire! This court case only reinforces their already over-inflated sense of importance and encourages more of the same illegal snooping.
